Better communication. Deeper connection. A healthier relationship.

Relationship counselling for couples who want to: communicate and understand each other better, and feel like a team again.

Relationships can be complicated.

Sometimes you keep having the same argument without ever really resolving it.
Sometimes you feel like you're talking, but your partner isn't hearing you.
Sometimes intimacy has changed, trust has been damaged, or you simply feel like you've become disconnected from each other.
And sometimes, nothing is particularly wrong… you just want to make a good relationship even better.

You don't have to wait until your relationship is falling apart before asking for help.

I provide relaxed, practical and non-judgemental relationship counselling for couples and individuals in Phuket and online.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own…

Most couples don't come to counselling because they don't love each other.

They come because they don't know how to get unstuck.

You may find yourselves having the same argument over and over again. One of you wants to talk about something, while the other shuts down. You might feel unheard, misunderstood or emotionally distant.

Perhaps there has been an affair or a breach of trust. Maybe you're struggling with sex and intimacy. Perhaps money, family expectations or cultural differences are creating tension.

Or maybe you've reached a point where you're asking:

"Can we actually make this work?"

Counselling gives you somewhere to slow things down and have the conversations that can be difficult to have on your own.

My role isn't to take sides or tell you who is right.

I'm there to help you understand each other and learn how to communicate in a healthier way.

My approach

I'm not here to tell you how to run your relationship.

I'm here to help you learn how to navigate it.

My approach is person-centred, integrative and informed by principles from the Gottman Method.

Sessions are relaxed and conversational. I won't sit across from you and simply tell you what you're doing wrong.

Instead, I'll help create the space for both of you to speak openly, listen to each other and understand what is happening underneath the arguments.

I'll step in when necessary, introduce tools and strategies when they're useful, and help you recognise the patterns that keep getting you stuck.

Ideally, if you can sit together, have a constructive conversation about something that has been bothering you, and have me there almost like a fly on the wall, then we're doing something right.

My goal is to eventually work myself out of a job.

I want you to leave counselling with the skills and understanding to handle life's ups and downs together — without needing me sitting between you.

Is Counselling Right For Us?

You don't need to know the answer before you contact me.

If you're wondering whether counselling could help, that's something we can talk about.

You might be struggling with something serious.

You might simply feel disconnected.

You might be having the same argument for the hundredth time.

Or you might actually be doing pretty well and want to learn how to make your relationship stronger before problems arise.

You don't have to wait for things to get bad.

If you both want to make things work but don't know how to get there, counselling can give you the tools to start moving forward.
