A Little About Me

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills from the Association of Learning and have completed Level 1 Clinical Training in the Gottman Method through The Gottman Institute.

My work focuses primarily on relationships, communication, conflict, intimacy and personal growth, with a particular interest in expat and cross-cultural relationships.

I'm also in a cross-cultural relationship myself, so I understand firsthand that building a life with someone from a different cultural background can come with its own unique challenges.

Over the years I've learned that people are often much more willing to open up when they feel they're not going to be judged.

That's something I take seriously.

I'm understanding, direct, compassionate, practical and — when appropriate — I like to keep things relaxed and use a bit of humour.

Nothing you tell me is going to shock me.

My job isn't to judge your relationship.
